2 days ago I activated a code of 14 days of xbox live as I usually do to play halo 5 since it is the only game that I constantly use. But I am surprised that they have banned me for 14 days without any justification. First of all I hope you can restore the service since it must be a mistake I hope your answers quickly. Since I’m going to lose the code that I pay outside of that, I bought the digital halo 5 game in addition to paying for the console and that they put me an unjustified ban makes me want to stop playing your game and next versions I come playing from halo 1 and It is the first time that something like this happens my number is +<mark>number removed by moderator, please don’t post personal information</mark>
Please use the ban thread pinned at the top of the relevant game forum for any queries on matchmaking bans. Additionally, it is not recommended to publish your phone number on a forum. That really leaves you wide open to nasty messages and people trying to scam you.
