Ok here is my problem, about a little over a week ago then yesterday afternoon I was able to earn credits again. I have been playing the game for a while today and without haven’t a headset in or even sending messages was playing halo reach. I hadn’t done anything to get banned in the first place and that’s the truth, so I would like someone to look into this issue for me and get it resolved as soon as possible please and thank you. My xbox live ID name is wreckenredneck and my girlfriends is IMGOOD88 as she is having the same problem as well, someone please fix this issue for us.
Does your GF use her account on your Xbox?
She’s went negative with a low amount of kills in every game that could be read as AFK and your console may have been temp banned.
You’ve got quite a few low kill/negative games yourself that could be seen as AFK as well.
Just guessing though.
She has gotten low kills but she is just learning how to play the game but it was off and then the ban was put back and we haven’t even done anything wrong so I don’t know what the issue is and normally I myself end up with no less that about 10 to 15 kills per game

The Xbox LIVE enforcement team are not contactable and the Halo: Reach ban hammer is automatic.
Bans aren’t reversed.
This is just my opinion, but it looks like you’re stat padding. That would prompt the banhammer to smack you with a credit ban.

Stat padding isn’t against the rules, boosting is.
Full party boosting however, isn’t.

The fact is that stat padding isn’t against the rules, so he wasn’t banned for it, his girlfriend has a ton of zero kill games, if they are playing on the same console, that’s the reason behind the ban, AFKing activity, not stat padding.
Ok I understand all of that but what is AFK and stat padding because I haven’t don’t anything to my stats. The only thing I’ve doen is earn credits and boost the characters looks with armor upgrades that’s it so please help.
