I just got banned for ten minutes for quitting. Just one problem, I DIDN’T QUIT. Anyone else get banned for things you didn’t do?

It says I did but I didn’t. I even recorded it.
I had quit 3 in a span of 4 hours and then I played 5 games in a row and then got banned
