Ban For Game freezing

I bought this game maybe 3 days ago and have already been banned twice. First I was banned for 6 hours for quitting 2 matches in a row because I was lagging, then last night when a game was finishing it disconnected me and froze the game. So I quit the game and logged back in to have a screen pop up that says iv been banned for 17 hours. I called microsoft support and there is nothing they can do, they told me to post on this forum and hope for a reply, any help?? Or can I get my money back??

If I wasnt banned we wouldn’t be having this problem
