Ban Cant play mutilplayer and didnt get ban hammer

So i never got ban hammer or a message saying in i was banned but i still cant play for some reason plz look into this

Any queries about matchmaking bans should be posted in the ban thread at the top of this forum. You have not been banned though if you dis receive a ban message.

At the time you posted there was an Xbox Live outage that has been affecting people over the weekend. It should be cleared up now but I would keep an eye on the Xbox Live status page just in case. There is also a large thread in the Halo 5 forums that any discussion / updates can be directed to.
