Is it possible to appeal a ban for losing connection to the Halo 5 server? I know this issue is no longer in my control, but because it has happened so often I’m being banned for an extended duration that I feel is starting to get unwarranted for this kind of issue. If I was leaving games intentionally, I feel it would merit the time of being unable to play Arena, but being kicked due to a server issue, losing total connectivity to the game but still having an active Xbox Live connection, then having it happen again after opening my ports and placing my console in a DMZ in the exact same manner is really starting to break my resolve with playing Arena now.
It’s now a fight with the connection to the game rather than a fight to win the actual game against the enemy team, and now these ban durations are getting to a point where I’m looking into this issue. Is there any solution or a way to appeal this?
