Hello everyone, my question is about the ban in the account (gamertag) of my father. Today my father and my nephew, they played Halo 4, but now appear a ban notice about earn exp points. Why?
The other reason is the crimson map pack, my father could play it without using my gametag, but he can´t now. Is the ban the reason?

Hola a todos, mi cuestión es acerca del banneo en la cuenta (gamertag) de mi padre. Hoy mi padre y mi sobrino, jugaron Halo 4, pero ahora aparece una notificación de baneo sobre ganar puntos de exp. ¿Por qué?
La otra razón es los mapas carmesí, mi padre podía jugarlos sin usar mi gamertag, pero ahora él no puede hacerlo. ¿La razón es el baneo?
