Sprint drains the Usage Meter gradually. Shooting a Sprinter momentarily slows him down.
Thrust grants the user a second, midair Jump. Thrust height is exactly equal to Jump height so Jump+Thrust= 2x Jump height. Thrust immediately drains 1/2 of the Usage Meter, the same meter Sprint gradually drains. There is a cooldown period after Thrusting so it can only be used once per jump or fall. Hovering is impossible with the Thruster.
I wish we all had just one AA and you found other around the map which you swapped for sprint. I hate how we get to pick all these ‘specialisations’ before we even get into the game. It takes away a lot of skill. You don’t even have to look for them around the map or kill somebody to get it, you just get it when you start…

it was balanced because we all had access to the same AA’s at the start. winning a battle still came down to wits. the better player etc. even against AL the best AA in the game you could easily beat. you just had to know what you were doing. But people would rather blame the game then try to better themselves.

You are not “picking specializations”. Everyone spawns able to Sprint and Thrust. There are no loadouts. Are you going to tell me that running fast and jumping high is game breaking?

To both of the above, I’m not complaining about these new features. I just think it’d be more balanced, fairer and more enjoyable if they weren’t there. I don’t mind them being there too much. I’m not much of a complainer either. Just making suggestions.

I hear ya but Sprint and Thrust are just natural expansions on the existing Jog and Jump mechanics.
