Balancing Other Aspects

With the attempted balancing of loadout weapons being implemented soon, I have been thinking why are other things get getting tweaks like AA’s.

Im still baffled by the fact that my thruster gets me a 2 foot distance traveled, while the jetpack you can go 200+ feet in the air.
Invis last for minutes with little to no downside, while hardlight last less time and completely takes your gun away

Obviously i dont know perfectly how to balance these things I just was curious if others found certain AA’s to be OP and abused.

I’d love to know how the thruster pack loses all momentum when you launch from a gravity lift, it’s my favorite ability and a little buff would be nice, also AC needs a nerf, make it like the pick up one but as an armour ability, so no radar distortion, make it last for a few seconds with a longer recharge rate

The thing with thruster pack is that it is entirely at the moment reliant on Base Player Speed, which is where the Flood get their extremely nice thruster pack. You in matchmaking move at normal 100% speed; Flood move at 150% speed, therefore the thrusters that they can equip will go indefinitely faster.

Well im not personally saying thruster needs a buff, all the other OP ones need nerf is what im getting at

A TP buff (just a tiny one) would be nice, but jet pack and active camo are really unbalanced and while it doesn’t bother me much (apart from when it’s on settler Yoink! settler) it’s just a cheap way of getting kills, I hate feeling like I need t use PV to counter active camo
