NOTE: IF YOU CAN’T BACK UP YOUR TRASH TALK? DON’T TALK TRASH!
okay so this guy on my team decides to start bashing his teammates (me) right away because i accidentally got him with a grenade while in a game of strongholds… and then i proceeded to get assassinated and i agree i didn’t start the game well… but he starts talking all this -Yoink- while at the end of the game he had 2 captures and 9 kills and i had 10 captures and 8 kills and he talked -Yoink- the ENTIRE game! to his own teammate??? i didn’t even have my mic plugged in to talk -Yoink- back until the end of the game!
SO lesson is… if you’re going to come in last on the scoreboard then don’t talk -Yoink-… does anyone else agree?
EDIT: I also don’t have a problem with people that like to talk trash! I enjoy the occasional trash talk myself! it gets the competitive nature up a little bit! (seeing as this a competitive game for the most part) But some of the people these days have it all wrong. Also I’m pretty sure it traditionally would be said to THE OTHER TEAM! LOL
I don’t know, its all fun and games until you go out of your way to cause someone genuine grief and hurt their feelings kinda makes you a -Yoink- person.
Yeah that’s annoying had a kid the other day just yellin’ his butt off saying how garbage his team was and that were weren’t doing anything (warzone mind you) and this guy by the end of the game had 0 boss kills 6 Spartan kills 9 assists and 19 deaths…
I think the first problem is that you let this bother you enough to make a post about it. Its not that big of a deal.
Somewhere in the world another human made shapes with their mouth while exhaling and engaging their vocal chords, making weird sounds that have been given meanings of insult. So what? Yea, he should grow up, but people like that aren’t worth your time.

had a dude on my team trash talk me because i kept picking up the rail gun. If I didnt the enemy would have. I told him thank you very much and then killed him right before the match ended.

I completely agree. It’s more annoying when they send you a private msg saying how much you suck when your K/D was so much better than theirs, and your team won. I feel bad for those losers.
Had one screaming in the mic about a month ago when the enemy pushed us back to the core. Granted this was up against an organized fireteam who were farming, but was yelling at his teammates about sucking, worthless. …and then quit out of the match. And that match actually didn’t turn out as bad as some have.
