I spent days saving up REQ points, (120k) bought 12 gold REQ packs got NO permanents and I’m ment to get 2 if available and there is loads available!!! What do I do? Either way “I WANT A REFUND!!!”
You should have received two certifications per pack. I get a couple of gold packs daily with two permanent cards each. Did you get 6k req points per pack instead?

Have never had happen what you describe. You either receive certs or points.
Since you’re at SR22, buy bronze and silver packs first. You’re basically spending more, while you may get less, because gold packs will give you stuff you would normally get in silver.
Hmm okay maybe I rushed it a bit like Our bought 20 to 30 bronze then I buy the old silver now and again but I’m gold for the win. But okay Ile try silver!
