Bad severs? its not my fault.. dont punish me

I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue but for me its getting really annoying.

losing connection to servers and long wait times for matches is a problem that I’ve been having lately and its a huge deterrent from playing. I played my 10 placement matches for the new season and came out with a 1700 onyx in slayer. 2 games later there was some serious lag on both sides and eventually ended the game saying connection lost to server. when I checked waypoint it has me as DNF and I dropped 30 points on my rank. I don’t think that’s fair to people who have good internet connections and don’t quit out are getting punished for getting kicked off of bad servers

If you want to report server issues you can do so here.. Please follow the instructions in the first post in the thread. The system can tell when you disconnect. It can’t tell (and is impossible to tell) whether the disconnect is natural or from you pulling your ethernet cord. In order to prevent people from essentially cheating by pulling their ethernet cords all disconnects have to be treated the same way.
