It’s kind of a bummer that we polaris users only get 30fps on open world missions on campaign and on minimum settings, while GPUs like Gtx 1650/1660; which are somewhat similar to RX580 on other games, are getting 60 fps even on higher settings. The reason behind this, seems to be; according to my research is the amount of power it draws while on full usage, meanwhile on this games I get 120w at much, on others I get 160-170w at maximum usage, we users of these GPUs affected by this issue are expecting for a fix or a patch, or at least a technical answer with a reason for this problem, since I’m not the only one on this boat.
And yes, I have the latest drivers.
Thanks in advance for any answer from a mod/official staff, or any workaround provided from anyone outhere. This matters a lot at least to me, since I’ve quite enjoyed the game, even with this poor performance.

I have taken out more than 1 ticket, and only the bot answers me. in their twt they don’t talk about this at all,
angry because I waited 4 years for this game and I pre-purchased it

I mean… That card was mediocre when it was released 5 years ago.
This is why console gaming is great. Unless you are willing to shell out ~2000$ on a decent gaming PC, you will not get the best performance.
I see that cards you mentioned are around 15% different in terms of power. So that should not effect things too much.
Do you have the latest drivers? Does AMD even update the drivers for those cards anymore?
Which CPU do you have? An old one can really effect your performance in a modern game made by unskilled developers.
