Was he LITERALLY across the map or was he just a little ways away from you?
If he was a little ways away, I’d call it lagg.
If he was across the map, I’d probably report him.
Lagg’s a pain. I got killed by a zombie the other day a good half a second after he died. Ah well.

Are you sure? I seem to remember reading a big warning about filing complaints. Could be wrong though. Just don’t want OP to catch some backlash because he reported someone for a harsh bit of lag or something.

Maybe I worded my op wrong, I highly doubt this guy was modding or cheating. Maybe it was just a freak accident.

I think there was some lag in the game but it was not that bad. He was no where near me, there is no way in hell he should have gotten that assisination. When it happened in the game I thought he was just hidding around the corner. But when I died I looked around and saw no one so I watched the film and that’s what I saw. Just to give you an idea, I was in the Third level and he was in the second level going up to the third level. He was on that ramp by the Overshield. And I was no where near that ramp.

can’t you get in trouble if you report every person you meet i.e abusing the system to report everyone who is not you?

You said can’t though. Which is not true. Frivolous or false reporting is a bannable offense. The guy was clearly in the middle of attacking someone else, hackers can’t just type in code saying ‘this guy falls over dead…NOW!!’. I say reporting him is the wrong thing to do.
