Bad bug. Ranks stopped showing only past few hours

This same problem has happened for me and friends only over the past few hours. My overall level keeps showing a 1 instead of a 16. Then it will correct itself to a 16. But all of my arena ranks have vanished and arent showing up. Every game keeps saying i need to play 10 more to be placed although i for sure have a ranking. I have tried restarting the app many times, my xbox a few times, and signing out. Nothing has fixed this. Looking at halo waypoint it looks like the games i am playing arent counting either

Yep, my Team Arena Diamond rank just disappeared, as well as my REQ points. Playing matches doesn’t get me any REQ points, either.

I tried a ffa. I won with a great kd. And my csr showed csr going down

been happening to me for the past few hours. i got bored hoping it would fix and just started playing. hope it all gets evened out in the end
