The program is open to Preview Program members right now with a selection of games and they said it would launch to all X1 users “this fall”. With the New Xbox One Experience (redesigned UI / Windows 10) coming in November, I expect we’ll see both launch at the same time. Preview members should hopfully get to test out the new UI sometime in September, at least that’s what they’re targetting at the moment

The announcement vid did have the Halo Reach boxart, it’ll probably be available at launch.

November is for non-preview members so how long till the preview members get it?, seems odd to have a lack of 360 games when the general public are expecting 100 360 games when it goes public in November.
