The matchmaking system needs work desperately. Very very seldom am I matched into a game that isn’t a complete blowout. Either my team absolutely smokes the other team with little to no contest or vice versa. There’s exceedingly few matches that are good and balanced in skill levels. It makes for a frustrating and unrewarding experience in multiplayer.
Especially when challenges are core to progression. If I consistently get in bad games it makes it take that much longer to complete challenges. All that makes me want to do is go play a different game since I can’t seem to get into good, enjoyable, balanced matches in this game.
I don’t know a game that I’ve ever played with matchmaking that was ever good at giving me reliable teammates. This is something only you can do by picking them yourself. There’s just so much an AI matchmaker can do when picking teammates.
That’ll solve most of your problems right there.

The rest of my friends are awful and I don’t really like partying up with randoms. I’m really introverted when I game
Ones a start, but I’m sure there are online communities and discords to help find others on if you give it a little time.
