There should really be a back out option when joining a ranked game. I fully support not showing the enemy team and their rank, but there is a handful of players on the xbox server that are absolutely terrible, and I would rather have a chance to avoid losses. I know the handful of people by gamertag that should not be playing ranked games, and despite not being similar skill ranks (not even remotely close), I do not have a chance to identify them until it is too late. This game depends on teamwork, yet it pairs me with people four ranks below mine in ranked matches and expects me to compete. At least give me a chance too avoid player I am incompatible with if you are going to keep the completely broken matchmaking system.
I can think of a million other things to fix first. Just sayin.

Me too. If you want to back out just restart the game or don’t play team playlists by yourself.

try to think of it as challenge mode, and Root for the underdog, cuz Basically you have to work with the best team you put together. There are many ways to build a team… Try another way is an option…
