Awarding REQ Packs at the end of each Season??

I read somewhere that supposedly players would be rewarded with a REQ pack at the end of each season, depending on what rank they reached. Does this have any basis?

The official scoop:

> At the end of each Season, those who qualified in at least one playlist (by playing 10 placement matches in any ranked playlist) will earn an exclusive seasonal pack reward emblem, only available that Season.

I hope theres more than just an emblem in it lol. The should have the packs correspond with rank, higher the rank better the pack. Example: Your highest rank of the seasons was Team Swat at Diamond 3, you get a Diamond Req pack with goodies in it better than the lower ones.

I agree, to give a person who grinded to Onyx or even Champion the same reward as someone who regularly gets placed in bronze or silver is just a slap in the face.

Edit: Also, players that took the time to place in multiple playlists should get better rewards than the person who participated in only one playlist.

Maybe an individual emblem for that playlist? Like, you can get a Diamond Slayer one or a Champion SWAT one, etc.

It ends Jan 31st. The Req. pack is just the January Season 1 Emblem with some boosts you can use. I’m guessing everyone gets the same, but I’m sure you get it no matter what rank if you ranked on any playlist. You should have yours all ready to open today.

Glad to get something, but yeah an emblem “woohoo”. But then again they really don’t have to give us anything
