Awakening the Nightmare Windows 10 - cant download

Ok, so I decided to purchase awakening the nightmare on windows 10 and after I bought the game I noticed there is no option to download anywhere on the windows 10 store. I tried restarting my computer, checking for updates, I even tried starting up the game and clicking awakening the nightmare in game. It just links me back to the windows 10 store which has no download option.

Anything else I can try? Thanks!

OK, try this…

  1. Go to the search bar/Cortana bar
  2. Type in ‘store’
  3. Launch the store app
  4. Sign in with your profile
  5. Click the elipses “…” next to your profile and select ‘My Library’ from the drop down
  6. Look for the section entitled ‘Games’
  7. Click the Show all link directly across from ‘Games’
  8. Find Halo Wars 2, and click the little download arrow (the Xbox one will be there saying it won’t work, and it won’t)

I have the same problem, anyone have an answer. I really feel ripped off.

Same here, I bought the complete edition version thinking that I can play this expansion pack/add-on but I was only able to download/install halo wars 2. I’ve sent several feedback to Microsoft regarding this issue and haven’t received even a single reply from them.

Hope that someone here can resolve or at least provide a detailed steps on how to download/install this expansion.

Extremely late but I am having the same problem and this does not work.

Anyone else as pissed off as i am about it? i would LOVE to see the flood in action again but microsoft just wants my money.

Is there a solution for this problem? Else the MS vendor providing customer service will not get a pleasant communication from me! Tomorrow will be 24hrs since my purchase! I will check again and if its still not allowing me to download … I am going to be very pissed!

How do I install awakening the nightmare dlc for halo wars 2? I go to my library and it shows two versions. The xbox one version and the pc version I cannot install the PC version it will not allow me at all…what the -Yoink-
