Xbox has new avatars and so far for halo there is atriox and 4/5 master chief. What other stuff do you want?
I’d like noble team’s armor to be added.
ODST armor, Halo Infinite Chief armor, various variants of Halo 3, Reach, 4 and 5 armors (all colorable with color options for primary, secondary and visors), Chief’s Halo 1, 2, and 3 armors, both the remastered and classic variants of 1 and 2, all of Fireteam Osiris’s armor, all of Blue teams armor, all of Noble teams armor (like you said), Rookie’s armor, Buck’s armor, Dutch’s armor, Traito-i mean, uh, Mickey’s armor, Romeo’s armor, Dare’s armor, Arbiter costume, Ship master costume, Johnson costume, elite costumes with all elite variants Halo 1-5+Infinite, Cryo pod prop, Cortana chip prop, chokeable Del Rio doll prop, Assault Rifle prop, DMR prop, BR prop, rocket launcher prop (both Halo 5 and spnkr variants), energy sword prop, gravity hammer prop, A FREAKING FLOOD INFECTION PROP THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INFECT OTHER AVATARS WITH THE FLO-Television Beep
Recreate my Halo Reach armor which is still my favorite because it has that gritty look and not the shiny Power Rangers look of the latest Gen 2 armors.
Sadly, I never got to unlock the Haunted Helmet but this is still my favorite armor combo.
I would just like more classic looks, and maybe return the Xbox 360 Halo 3 avatars so that they arent the smallest things in the universe and unobtainable if changed. And this was about profile pictures.
As to avatars themselves, maybe just have some avatar awards like usual armor/helmets or just fan clothing. Maybe even some props (those animated things like waypoint had monitor as reward).

Like, for the Xbox avatars? That would be rather curious choice given there are many more games in Xbox other than Halo.
