I played Halo:MCC between 11/09 and 12/12 and I didn’t get my nameplate or avatar in the update, I live in Australia and so I was wondering if that effected it in some way and if it will stop me from getting ODST.
I never got angry or complained that MCC wasn’t 100%, I just want my content. 
I haven’t gotten it yet either, just be patient.
Yeah, I just wanted to know because I have seen people with them in matchmaking. I don’t mind if I don’t get them but the 1 month of XBL and Halo 3: ODST would be nice.

I haven’t looked yet to see if they’re there or not. Although, even when it tells me I have unlocked a new avatar or nameplate, I find it impossible to tell which ones are new as there are no markers on them signifying new unlocks.
Anybody know what the nameplate and avatar are supposed to look like, so I know what I’m looking for?

Apparantly they’re sending them out like h3 recon. Eventually it’ll reach everyone who has played.

Yeah. I believe one is a platinum nameplate with UNSC on it and the avatar is either the orange and white war master spartan from spartan strike OR it is the master chief posing with the smgs from halo 2. I have seen all three and have none.

Same here. I play THMCC since Release.
