Hi, I Play halo waypoint for first time when start give me a reach avatar gift a message pop, but when that happend lot of awards start to pop when i press the guide to check what awards are poping the gift close and i can not get there again, i try reinstalling the game and lot of things but the gift dont show again can somebody please help me.
Press the Guide button, go across to the left and choose ‘Awards’
It will show you what game/apps have given you Awards, including Halo Waypoint.
Thank you for reply but the gift that was close when i press the guide button to check the awards was UNSC Falcon with Halo: Reach Controller,but after accept download i accidentaly press guide to see what avatar awards are and i can not find the gift again.

On the dashboard, look for ‘download history’, where you’ll be able to re-download your items. Hope this helps!
Thank you, but i already try that, i press the guide before accept the ítem i try with a link for the ítem on Xbox.com but did not work, i thing this only work if i accept the ítem on waypoint but the offer dont appear again, i also try delete and download again but no luck, any help will appreciate
