So just thinking whether waypointers would like to see avatar awards on infinite, you know, those things that require you to do stuff in-game to get rewarded stuff for your xbox avatar. In this post im also including awarded profile pics.
And if you would like to see some then would you have any hopes as to what sort of stuff you would like to be awards in Infinite?
I am really hoping they will have avatar rewards for halo infinite, I was really hyped when I saw them make atriox and master chief outfits for the new Xbox avatars.

Maybe like a odst helmet for unlocking an odst armor or even an arbiter outfit for completing a level on legendary with the arbiter and chief working together like on the mission the covenant in halo 3.

Yeah, just the stuff thats on the top of your mind. Obviously there can be more, this is all hypothetical.
So as we have ODST helmet as award from Halo 3: ODST then would it differ from that aesthetically like more Halo 2 type helmet or something?
Just not sure as to how arbiter outfit would work given all avatars seem to be humanoid based meaning all have human shape as base. Maybe arbiter could work as prop (the animated stuff) coupled with Chief armor.

I liked the ODST Armor you get for doing a specific achievement in Halo 3: ODST. Things I would like to see in Infinite is Master Chief, UNSC Marines, or Flood forms (if they return) as Avatar awards.

And I recall that ODST helmet was award from completing the campaign and the ODST outfit was award from gaining the achievement “good samaritan”.
Profile picks would be great! Plus maybe even background art, but that’s probably a long shot.

I would love to see them as outfits.

I think making some pictures would be less of a work than making animated objects. The question about that is whether they think its worth even that time.
But anything specific in mind?

Yeah I don’t really care for the avatars but it’d still be cool if that kind of thing was available. Maybe you could get a scarred armour set if you beat the game on legendary or something. Or maybe if there’s a really rare set of armour you could get the same set for your avatar.

I could see that being an valid option, scarred armor would definitely be recognizeable.

Sure, your Spartan would be cool, RvB characters would be neat (see what I did there), even some cool ones of Chief, and definitely Johnson!

Well, it could be shut down because of the update given its on its child shoes so to say, the new editor still seems to be on beginning meaning its still going to go through many updates given for now its rather bare bones, more so than the Xbox 360 equivalent.
Also, it will take some years before the Infinite will launch so a lot can happen before that.

Im not exactly sure as to how would having a picture of a custom SPARTAN work unless with some in-game picture editor linked to Xbox one avatar editor.
RvB and Johnson im not sure if those could be linked to Infinite. Maybe just some separate update.
Though Chief could definitely be linked to Infinite which I think is a given.

Maybe after a few updates we could see them again, maybe even before Infinite since lot can happen in couple of years.
