In the recent update we’ve seen a clue I believe to the identity of our soon to be UNSC air vehicle.
Notice the only vehicle that’s data is “corrupted”, is the one that corresponds to the Stinger armor, I believe that this is a telltale hint that this is indeed a vehicle headed our way very soon.

and maybe not just an UNSC aircraft, mega blocks announced new Halo 5 sets, one was a brute chopper, and other was a strange different wraith variant, and there could be more noble team armor variants too, since the WZFF beta screen had a spartan with a wrath armor with flames skin, something huge is comming this WZFF update.
I’m betting it’s more than just a coincidence. It’ll be great to finally fly with human tech again if we’re right. Though that does put a hurdle in front of my Hornet theory.

- The Stinger armour used to be called Wasp armour, but was changed for unknown reasons. As we know, the Stringer is associated with the AV-49 - Wasps have stingers. Stinger = armour, Wasp = aircraft? - Hornet -> Wasp, both types of bugs that sting you and hurt you badly.It could be a successor to the Hornet, or something completely different. Who knows? Hopefully we find out soon!

I’m thinking that the AV-49 could simply be a bigger,badder & nastier Hornet.
Wait… Why not just look it up here on waypoint or just a Wikipedia for halo? Surely there would be something related and not just a dead end.

AV is UNSC designation for “Attack VTOL”, as in the case of the AV-14 Hornet, AV-22 Sparrowhawk, and the AV-19 Skyhawk.
A new vehicle in Halo Wars 2 is called a Nightingale.I call it the Peli-falcon because it is basically a falcons main body with a pelican-esque cockpit and the two rear thrusters of the pelican.

Please don’t get your hopes up. I really don’t want a week of hornet threads. It would be nice if they added a unsc flyer, but until something is confirmed there isn’t any need to ‘expect’ it.
Gotta admit that after putting multiple things in reference to it you would be kind of pissed if it never came to be.
