AutoAim and Other Issues

Does anyone else find autoaim outrageously annoying?

Every time you are in a firefight and an enemy teammate walks within 5ft of the character you are fighting, it looks right at them. This guarantees that you will be killed.

Give an option to turn it off. So many problems with the game…happy to see their numbers declining because of it. Listen to the community or you will continue to have 1300 players in the DLC playlists.

Other issues:
-headshot detection seems flawed
-joining a game where your team is being dominated (can’t wait for that in the 50 ranking system)
-spawning with weapons (DMR, Boltshot, BR, etc) These weapons should be on the ground, so teams can’t all hide back with some of the strongest guns in the game.
A team with all plasma pistols can make vehicles useless. Really hurts my gameplay experience.
-ActiveCamo…absolutely idiotic that it is still in the game. So easy to be in camo and snipe a whole game, and now with ordinances they don’t even have to move…brilliant
-Vehicles respawn, yet weapons don’t…awesome.
-One side is given a power weapon while the other side gets nothing until the game is almost over.
-On Exile, the Blue team gets a Gauss…the red does not.
-Staying zoomed in when being shot…This makes contesting a sniper very annoying.
-Inconsistent recoil when shot. Instead of being zoomed out and running away, you get to aim at the sky.
-The lighting generation in forge is quite annoying. It makes switching in and out of the monitor seem quite tedious.

Would love to see these things addressed. I am sure they won’t be, and as a result the numbers will continue to decline. I expect tons of people to defend 343, but I think they failed dramatically. I am a huge halo fan, and it is sad to see the game reduced to this.

Your not the only one who think that there is too much auto aim. All you have to do is shoot near the person and it will hit. I notice this in multiple kill cams and even when I got the kill.

The other really annoying thing to me, is getting slow down when shot at. You know your going to get kill because you can see to every make it around the corner in time.

Forgot to include the being slowed down. Absolutely agree. It is infuriating to be in full sprint but your are going slower than a crouch walking player.

Except, ya know, there’s never been a Halo without auto aim.

I think people might hurt themselves if they actually had to aim.

Except, ya know, there’s never been a Halo with this strong of autoaim, and just because something has been around for awhile, does not mean it is the correct method. A dramatic example: slavery.
