Auto throw Grenade whenever I I sprint and move

I have recently bought Halo TMCC and I love it but whenever I try sprinting I start to throw grenades randomly as if I am pressing the RT button even though I am not. I do not have a problem with this on other games that require more button mashing and moving than Halo.

I have also tried testing this on the main menu screen when choosing campaign, multiplayer, firefight etc and it only happens during gameplay.

Someone please help me so I don’t betray or hurt my teammates at the start of the game.
I am using a Xbox Controller on the Xbox One.

Weird! I’ve never heard of anyone having this problem. Try using a different button layout in Settings and see if the problem persists when you sprint. Play around with them for a while.
