Unable to Sign-in on my primary account.
Every time I try to Sign-in it gives me “Authentication Error - Something Wrong on our side, try again”
I’m able to Sign-in on Microsoft and Xbox, but not here.
Please help.

I had the same exact problem. I was watching the HCS and tried redeeming a code - and the spinning animation on the redeem button just sat there spinning forever.
After five minutes I figured I would close the windows and try again - and at that point I found out I could no longer log onto Waypoint - I kept getting the same Authentication Error.
I tried on my phone’s hotspot (in case it was related to my connection) and also had my daughter try her account - and we both were unable to log in.
Hopefully you are back on now - I was only able to log in again a few minutes ago (received the Authentication errors for about an 1.5 hours).
I missed out on redeeming some REQ packs from the HCS - I’m hoping tomorrow goes more smoothly!
There were some auth issues with Xbox Live a few hours ago, they should be cleared up now
