Whenever you’re searching 1’s in Australia it’s literally impossible to get games in the morning or even during the day,
Fix this -Yoink- I haven’t found a game in over 24/ hours. I went back to Halo 3 on my xbox 360 and got an instant -Yoinking!- game, what sorta -Yoink- is that…?
I’m in Australia and I dream that one day, maybe, if the stars align, possibly playing a game of BTB.
I do not have high hopes.
I haven’t found a game of Free for All in 2 months! Anyone know a good time to search for it?
Everyone else is complaining there are too little modes.
We can’t even play the playlists that were in the base game
All we can play is: Team Arena, Grifball and Warzone
Yeah, nothing more annoying than having to stop playing, not because you want to or have to, but because you’ve spent the last hour searching and can’t find a match.
Until recently I just had to accept that sometimes I’d have to play Slayer because that’s the playlist that I could find matches, but this weekend, both my gaming sessions ended because I couldn’t find any matches.
And FFA? BTB? I’ve seen them in among the playlists, but I’m pretty sure they’re fake.
Saturday afternoon and also evening (which I would expect to be peak hours) not a single FFA match after searching for about 30mins each time.
Surely 343 can give us some sort of solution.
What Australian servers?
I am always playing high ping matches with other Australian players. This leads me to believe we connect to U.S servers. There is no in game evidence of Australian servers existing, only that it limits you to matches with Aussie players, not servers.
If if regional servers existed, why don’t we have selectable data servers like 343 said they would put in after th beta?

Not working in the eastern US. 343 and Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves for this poor product.
I’m Aussie, haven’t played Assault, FFA or BTB ever. Because I can’t.
Haven’t played BTB since before Christmas.
Got to play Social Snipers yesterday and we were on some Big Team maps, honestly felt like brand new content it’s been that long.
It’s ridiculous that any time it’s brought up 343i seem to just ignore it. I have not once seen them comment on the issue here or on r/halo.
I just want to play the damn game.
Can’t agree with this any more. I don’t even attempt to search for anything other than TA, Griftball or Warzone. And it doesn’t look like they’re going to fix this any time soon, nice to know certain regions just get forgotten about completely. I know this issue is not just in Australia, a few of my NZ friends say the exact same thing.
Or the random disconnects not related to poor internet or lag. I have fiber internet(it’s godly on and for everything else), and for the past couple of months have stacked up tons of DNF’s due to random disconnects and then being banned.
343 seem to be ignoring their international customers who are still paying good money for the game and all of the related services.
The best way for Australian players such as myself is to team up with users from a group or a Spartan Company in North America. You will be able to find and play more games, but it will feel like you are playing Halo 3 again on yellow bar.
im in NZ and I have the same problem but if they take off region lock it will be to laggy. im already having enough issues with servers

that’s even worse than playing no games at all tho

same here. my guess is 343i servers got -Yoinked!- when they added the social snipers playlist
FFA…I really like FFA. I really really want to play it, but I can’t find a bloody game ever.
It was changed to 6 player, which is what I was hoping would happen…and I can’t find a bloody game
I can’t stand lag, however I don’t understand why they can’t allow the search to expand after a certain amount of time, at least we can see how it plays. As it stands we can’t play it at all.
This sucks balls for Australians.

We tried to search earlier in free for all with 8 of us and nothing it wouldn’t load us in even with all 8 trying to find game at same time in free for all?
Another Aussie here. Like you, I’m getting nothing at all in BTB, I get games in Team Slayer and Warzone occasionally, if I restart the search like three times and wait an hour in any given playlist.
Getting locked out of games based on our region sucks, and shows poor awareness of players outside of the US on 343’s end.
