I was just curious as to how many Aussie players may be online on the average late afternoon to early evening?
I set my settings to balanced, I hate laggy matches, and I get WZFF match after match without any wait time, but since coming back to Halo 5 for the past week since going off gaming several months ago I haven’t been able to match a single regular Warzone match.
Same goes for Arena. I’ve only matched on the Fiesta playlist(which I don’t like playing).
Its stupid for Australia, no matter what I play im stuck searching on Expanded search prefrence and im always getting paired on American servers and it ruins any chance of me going anywhere near as what im capable of in a match due to the latency.
WZFF is alright. anywhere from 6pm - 8pm (Perth +8:00) I can find games within five minutes.
Ive left my search on balanced for the past 30 minutes in Team Arena and havent been able to pair with anyone.
I can try anytime during the day on balanced and it wont find any arena games

Really you even have it that bad with WZFF?
I can play that at practically any time on balanced within 30 seconds.
I can’t do anything other than balanced, the lag -Yoink- me too much. I tried a single expanded search for WZ earlier, got a game pretty fast, and spent the entire game getting shot through walls and around corners, and usually I’d place in the top few scorers.
Add me as a friend if you want, and if you ever see me online feel free to party up with me, and same for you if I see you online. Might make finding matches easier.

Yeah I’m in the same boat! WZFF is a breeze for me with matching up quickly and consistently, that’s why I find it so odd that it’s almost impossible to match regular Warzone.
But add me if you want! Always happy to have more good teamwork based players to play with. I’m not always on mic though, depends on how annoying my girlfriend is being in the background :’) For real… if she’s there and I put on the mic all of a sudden the top priority is invading conversations with whatever annoying topic or voice comes to mind.

Really?
That seems weird! When I play on expanded it’s pretty much only American accents I hear, and thinking of the time zone difference, it would probably be early morning US time.
Seems like the servers aren’t behaving as they should…
It’s a nightmare trying to match in anything outside WZFF or fiesta period. If you manage to match in anything outside those 2, it’s probably a laggy mess.
On the contrary to what most people say about the lag, I manage to find only one or two lag spikes every few matches and they aren’t the worst thing in the world
