Is the only way we get servers or region lock to boycott until they give us our own servers?
It took them years with MCC to give us servers, and even when they did the “regional searching” barely tried for 3 seconds before it stuck you on West coast America or at BEST an Asian server.
I’m starting to think the Sydney server is a literal myth.
I know we’re only a small amount of players but we need to kick up a fuss or else we’ll be waiting until year 2 for this -Yoink!- to get fixed, and by that point there’ll be about three Aussies left on the game. As there was with MCC.
Also for ban purposes the question is rhetorical

I don’t think that would work…
Having a even lesser population in that region would just reinforce the idea of having fewer servers in that region.
Higher player population there would actually be more effective. Instead of boycotting you’re better off introducing more and more players to the game in that region.
Boycotting doesn’t really work for what you’re suggesting.

But there used to be loads of Aussie halo players…
Also logically speaking you’re correct yes.
But I was more talking about threatening to boycott in the forum’s and flooding the forums with it, I’ve already seen a lot of posts about it, but I mean a torrent.
And also it was mostly a facetious post
Unfortunatly all geo-locking the game would do is make it so us Aussies couldn’t play the game…Remember when they geo-locked MCC back in its early days (2015 or 16 I think)
Go on MCC right now, select australia or even aisna servers only and tell me how many games you find and how long it takes you to find them…
For the most part, 6/10 games I get put on an Aussie server, I know this becuase my ping is around 16-20ms
Go into settings → accessability → network statistics
click that box it will tel you your ping in the upper right hand corner
Didn’t I just see the AZN HCS Open going on, commentated by Aussies? Yeah, makes no sense servers are not catered to those regions.
Dude the reason it takes the better part of a year to find a good connection match on MCC is because the population jumped ship because of this very reason lmao
Its been that way for me for the past few years actually, long before infinite was a thing
Consistantly 8/10 get a west U server with a 156ms ping making the game unplayable…
Its why I have so few games played on MCC , at least a very large portion of the reason

Yes because it took them -Yoink!- ages to fix the game and fix Australians not getting into their own servers. Now that it’s fixed there’s no one around because they were sick of waiting around with their members in their hands
Which is what will happen with this game
