Would it be possible to have one of the Arbiters Zealots, a very skilled Elite Augmented and put in Mjolnir gen 2 elite armour. I’m just curious to if it could be done, the effectiveness of one of them would be amazing. But is it possible?

Canonically? Hell no, the UNSC would never, EVER, allow such a thing. Plus Elites stand between 7’6 - 8’6, and they have their own power armor, Sangheili Combat Harness. An Elite in MJOLNIR just seems silly to me. But to answer your question, if the UNSC suddenly decides they want to kidnap Sangheili children and indoctrinate them, then yeah, you just might get a Sangheili in MJOLNIR power armor.
Sure, you’d just have to design an augmentation procedure for Elites, meaning a lot of research on their genetics. On top of that you would need to design the armor for them, but that’s the lesser of the two problems.
Not a chance I don’t think. The augmentation process has only just been refined to allow humans to be augmented safely and successfully as adults. Elites differ massively physiologically and the humans just don’t have the knowledge of the elite anatomy to even start considering an augmentation process for them. Also as others have said, there’s a better chance of hell freezing over than the UNSC allowing the Elites to even try it.
I’m sure it would be possible to create mjolnir for them, but it would take a lot of work.
But let’s not forget the Elite’s warrior culture and their sense of honour. I doubt any elite, especially not a zealot would allow themselves to be augmented. They definitely wouldn’t allow surgical augmentations because they despise doctors and see the loss of blood as a loss of honour.

Yep, convincing an Elite to anything to do with doctors would probably be the harder part. Most of them would rather die.

Elites can already go toe to toe with a Spartan, even Master Chief canonically has a hard time against them. Augmented Elites would take Master Chief and metaphorically violate him.
Do you mean, the Covenant augmenting them? Probably not. Elites would have some honor code against it (use your own strength, not artificial strength or something like that).

I could definitely see some Brutes going for augmentation, they are obsessed with being teh strongest boyz.

this could be their augmentation to make the species better, not just soldiers.

Thats just graphics updates and retcons to Covenant physiology, no mention of cybernetic body parts.

It’s definitely an interesting concept, partly why I plan on doing it in a series of fanfics I’m working on…I’m pretty damn sure it wouldn’t happen anywhere outside of fanfic though, no matter how cool or interesting a concept it is 
The Elites already do have augmentations of sorts though, as their armor works a bit like Mjolnir and boosts their strength and reaction speeds by at least a little bit IIRC.
