What are the chances of the Audio Logs and Terminals coming back in the upcoming Halo Infinite especially if we are going to explore the Zeta Halo Ring?
I’d say highly likely! I’m sure that there will be plenty of little rewards for exploring the Ring.
Pretty likely. Most games have some form of collectibles in them. Especially open works games. Considering Halo Infinite is going towards that path we can almost be certain we’ll have some terminals and such to find.

I am also very curious to see how many achievements will be in Halo Infinite especially on Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC. Because the Halo Master Chief Collection have about 700 achievements, is it possible that the upcoming Halo Infinite will have the same amount of achievements?

I doubt Infinite will have 700.
I currently have all 700 in MCC, it’s roughly about 90 achievements per game within the MCC. Although a lot of those are Easter egg related and weren’t in the original games.
Standard practice for most games is 50 Achievements for 1000G. I believe games are supposed to have a minimum of 1000G now, more can get added with DLC & content updates.
I wouldn’t expect Halo Infinite to have a crazy amount of achievements at launch.
I’d say it’s high likely I think 343 already confirmed audio logs but I’m not sure about terminals.

They have to have terminals. How the heck do you say you are going back to the roots without them? Lol.

last year it was ign article but i found this from gamesradar :
GAMESRADAR : Five new weapons could be seen in the demo. Set three years after Halo 5: Guardians, the UNSC have some new toys to play with, including a full-auto VK78 Commando assault rifle and the CQS48 Bulldog, a 10-shell shotgun that’s going to replace Halo 5’s five-shell M45. The Banished has its own arsenal, including a three-round burst energy rifle called Ravager and a kinetic hand-cannon, appropriately titled Mangle. If you look closely you’ll also spot a new variant of the Covenant’s classic carbine rifle, the Pulse Carbine. With resources sparse, Chief will need to utilise everything that he can get his hands on to fight off against the Banished and the larger, looming threat of the mysterious “Harbinger”.
IGN : QS48 Bulldog - New UNSC riot shotgun that replaces the classic shotgun. This one is upgraded with a dum magazine and 12 gauge over the classic shotgun’s 8 gauge.

Isn’t the bulldog a faster shooting shotgun though? Maybe plans changed since then? If it prevents camping then I am not 100% upset.

From my understanding 343i never said that the bulldog would be replacing the standard shotgun as they are two different weapons with two different roles in the sandbox.
Whilst the Bulldog will be the main shotgun in Halo Infinite as of launch they’re not afraid to introduce other legacy weapons into the game such as the okd shotgun.
All of this was spoken about in the Inside Infinite Sandbox blog - the direct source of information.
Not to put down the other links provided but media outlets have had a good habit of getting this kind of information wrong and spreading misinformation.

Yeah that is what I was concluding. It was saying a whole lot of kind of nothing.
I have a theory though when this came up and it would be my only acceptance of the weapon going away. If weapons are more meant for movement and medium ranged combat I wouldn’t be upset if the traditional shotgun is gone. I think Halo shines at Lockout like combat where angles and elevation makes a huge difference in combat. Yes, short ranged combat will exist however it should never feel free for another player especially if a map has 2 or 3 strong close ranged weapons. People barely grab the shotgun on lockout and usually forget about it until you need to counter the sword.
Personally looking forward to it or to find skulls. Finding skulls and being awarded with an armor set would feel so nostalgic!

I want a huge skull that you have to ramp off with a warthog to get. It would make the vehicle indestructible.

Haha I know right?
