A lot of MCC players have been experiencing an issue in which the ODST Audio Log achievements don’t unlock (for example, the “Wisening Up” achievement for unlocking the 29th audio log). This issue has been around since ODST was released for MCC and the only known solution is to delete your game saves and do it again, but this is unnecessary.
A common misconception is that the first audio log is a single specific audio log somewhere in Mombasa Streets. This isn’t true. Any audio log you collect first will be the first audio log.
I’m not sure if this solution is known yet but here it is anyway in case you don’t know it. The solution is to go back into New Mombasa (rally point 4 or 8) in co-op (both split-screen and online will work). Since you’re in co-op, your in-game audio log progress will be reset and you will be able to collect all audio logs again.
Here’s a very important piece of information: if the achievement you’re trying to fix tells you to get the 13th audio log, don’t just go for Audio Log #13 on the map you’re using. Collect any 13 audio logs on Mombasa Streets and your achievement will (hopefully) pop.
Hopefully 343 fixes this soon. Until then, this is your best solution
