Today I was going for all audio logs in one run, I was at 28 when I noticed that #15 did not unlock.
Inb4 “go get #15”
The achievements are not related to a specific audio log, so it is not normal what happened.
What can I do? Thank you in andvance.
Is your achievement progress at 0% or Done Unlocking ?
Hey guys, I’m a noob. Where do you go to see that an achievement is unlocking? I see posts where people say an achievement says “done unlocking” or " some % unlocked". Where does it say that? If I go to achievements in the game it doesn’t say anything. I either have it or I don’t. Do you have to go to xbox.com or something?

Also: I had 26 audio logs done. I saved and quit and when I came back a few hours later I only had 24. I went to where 1 of the last ones I got was and it was yellow again and available to get but when I got it I didn’t get the achievement or the points for it. Then I went to the last 1 I had to get (but hadn’t gotten yet" in District 3 and it was yellow and I got it and it also didn’t give me the achievement or points. What the hell is going on? It seems like saving and quitting really messes up the audio logs. I don’t know what to do. How can it take away logs it’s already given to you???
You have to open the achievement app on your Xbox one dashboard to access to your achievements. The you’ll see the % of completion for every achievement.
It appears that you have the same problem as we do: you got the audio log but the achievement didn’t pop, we are trying to figure out a solution but it seems that we have to wait for it to unlock.
@Chalo here is the problem, it does not show in locked, neither in unlocked…
UPDATE:
now the #15 is “Done, unlocking” BUT the #29 is still locked.
I tought I was missing one so, after I repeated all the points with a map TWO TIMES, I repeated all the points again with a video on youtube and OF COURSE no one was left.
Now, since I am a halo achievement hunter and since It is already frustating to play this game normally, I won’t let this go.
Is there anyone with the same problem? Or anyone who can help me please?
Hi, I’ve got the same issue, No. 9 achievement is “Done! Unlocking,…” and I’ve had it like that since May 31st 
(i’ve being in touch with Xbox support a few times they say until there’s a fix it is bust) I reckon the next Halo MCC will not be until properly July now 
UPDATE #2:
now I unlocked #30 (doing the mission) but #29 is still locked and “collect all logs” is locked too of course.
I tought about a workaround… but I don’t know if it will work AND it will be a pain in the @$$: if there is a way to MOVE my saves in another place than I’ll start the last checkpoint of the Mombasa streets (since all the missions all unlocked) and take all the audio logs again, get the achievement and move the saves back again!
Tell me what you think and if you will try this, I’m still in a hope there is someone with a solution…
A support forum without a single person coming directly from 343… Bungie would have already answered me…
if you delete your save (off console only so you keep it online) then revert to offline* and there you can start again collecting them and when you done comeback online it should unlock it if not “Done! Unlocking…” then your like me having to wait until 343 fix this issue

My Audio Log Achievements NEVER say “unlocking” or “some % unlocking”. They don’t ever say anything. I either have it or I don’t.
After I saved and quit the game, when I came back to play many Logs I’d already gotten were yellow again and I could Hold B and get them again but I didn’t get the achievement or points again. BUT-the 1 log I hadn’t gotten yet did the same thing. When I got it I didn’t get the Achievement or the points for it either.
This ruins the whole game. I’ve spent hours walking and driving around trying to get audio logs to register.

you may be experience the similar issue I’m experience, you’ll have to wait til 343 updates Halo MCC with a bug fix for OSDT, I was watching a video on Collectibles for Halo MCC: ODST and they even said it’s glitchy and sometimes doesn’t track

Yes, I know how to do that, but did not try it yet… I can wait of course as you are doing BUT, even if they’ll fix this issue with the next update, this won’t unlock the achievement…

UPDATE #3:
Workaround found (if you have one more controller), this is what I did:
I connected a controller with another profile and collected all the logs again (in coop you can take them again).
I used a printed map too, to be 100% sure, and checked them as soon as the other profile unlocked the related achievement.
You can use a guest of course.
Hey, sorry for the late reply, being waiting on the Halo Update which came but didn’t unlock and I tired your method but to no pop up but my second profile gain it, weird
I’m at 599/600 since May because Audio log #15 is in “Done! unlocking”…
