Anyone ever think they’re adding game modes slowly to keep a steady population on there game. I think they planned this from the start, but maybe not
I feel like this game could use a mcc-type mode-selector. I’m surprised mcc didn’t set a trend with that.
I only played a couple of games lately, but the little experience I had in attrition it was a decent mode. Gamemodes as events is really silly though.
Honestly, attrition was one of the gamemodes I actually liked, it’s just turbo fast slayer. Streamlining the slayer experience made the game a lot more fun and fast paced and I was totally on board with it. I could bump out 3 or 4 games in a reasonable amount of time and not think anything of it. Such a shame 343 likes to shoot themselves in the foot.

Um let’s make that excuse and worry about having too much content in 10 years - in 10 years if there’s too much content lmfao. Not now, when the game isn’t even completed and is barebones af.
Attrition in its current state was not a good addition to the game. Juuuuuust poorly designed and confusing enough that it wasn’t played as intended. Like how revives took way too long, so no one bothered to do them and games would often end with zero revives on the scoreboard.
People were just suffering through it for the cosmetics
Attrition being gone now that the event is over is not unbelievable at all. In fact it is entirely expected.
“Um let’s” try and read the whole post and the other 4 or 5 posts explaining further before replying “lmfao”. “Not now, when” you skipped the important part regarding match composer being the best fix and my suggestion being a compromise in the meantime

First of all, we knew Attrition was going away. It was a limited time event. Second, yes, it would be nice to have Attrition back. Maybe they do bring it back as a permanent game type. I’d like to see it added to ranked. I’d like to see it played on BTB maps.
So, if you also want it back, I’d suggest you make a post on here with some constructive criticism and politely ask for 343 to add it back.
It’s some hard to scroll through all this garbage trying to find some good feedback and ideas for 343. What is unbelievable is how you can whine and complain about nothing important.
Putting it in ranked only with no challenges attatch to it is the only way im ok with it.
