My Spartan Company just unlocked the Achilles armour, and every time I try to put it on it says ‘Saving… failed’. It shows up in my Collection, but not where you preview the Armour Customization menu.
I’ve tried doing a hard reset on my console, I reset the build, I signed out and signed back in, and I even removed my gamertag from my Xbox and signed back in, I’ve tried equipping though Waypoint, but nothing is working! I also tried uninstalling the game, and re-installing it, and it tookabout 15-17 hours to download, so I am very frustrated at this point.
It may have to do with the fact that I just changed my gamertag to one of the 1,000,000 they released, but I’m not entirely sure.
Please help!! A lot of hard work has gone into this armour, and I am the only one in my spartan company that can’t use it; it’s not fair.

Still haven’t heard anything from them. I DM’d and tweeted at them, but nothing. I want this resolved, so I can wear the armour that we worked hard for…

Slt, l’armure d’un beug de gros non, si tu arrive pas à l’avoir, je te propose 1 solution, change le pays de ta console et après, reviens voir si tu peux l’avoir ( c’est ce que j’ai fait pour l’armure de l’ONI et sa a marcher !! ) bonne chance.
