Trying to check out the new big team playlist or even just play slayer but i keep getting that error and im not sure what to do? ive opened and closed app hard reset xbox nothing

Yeah I’ve been getting this same error since the BTB patch. Tried everything I can think of but it just doesn’t want to connect. Guess I’ll stick with playing Battlefront on the PS4 for now…
Has anyone gotten an official answer for this? I havent been able to play since the BTB update. About 24 hours now…
Got on ok yesterday but problems today
I still wasnt able to get on all last night i keep haveing a weird syncing problem for other games as well but they still work fine I can still play Multiplayer and what not. Ill test out Halo 5 today and let you’s know
Yep still the same error today as well it has been more than 24 hours now and i started to receive this error as soon as the big team patch was released

I have the same problem no multiplayer. Something about the Xbox live party service. Only it is happening to every game and every app I have cane even control my Xbox with my smart glass app. This happening to anyone else.
Its happening to me with other games I can still play call of duty black ops 3 but ill check some other multiplayer games like battlefield or something and let you know

Straight up every game when you go to sync it doesn’t work yet I can still play multiplayer on battlefield its gotta be something wrong with the cloud or something. I guess we just have to wait till Microsoft fixes that

My xbox has the latest update, which was last week, checked this morning and multiplayer still doesn’t work. Its been like this for 2 days now. WTH 343. every other game like destiny and battlefront still works on my xbox. if it doesn’t get fixed soon, ill call Microsoft tech support or whatever and ask for a refund, this is beyond ridiculous. I love the multiplayer, but this is not acceptable at all.
I think is a problem with the last dashboard update… reboot your console from the snap tab, disconnect your ethernet wire while Xbox one is rebooting and before the dashboard shows up again connect the wire. Sign in and at least for me this works, after doing this I can play again multiplayer.
delete your account from your xbox, unplug all the cables, wait 2 minutes, plug it in again and redownload your profile.

yes, had it yesterday and just now when I turned on my xbox I had it again. had to do what I posted before 3 times for it to work though today.
