I am. My son plays H5 and we have huge problems connecting to the server. Sometimes everything is OK and next day he can’t play a game. It’s extremely frustrating.

Mate, it’s nuts!

I’ve managed to connect once, today, after about 30 attempts

I bought this heap o’ crap-console for £550 on the grey market, to sit and watch an error screen!

Not trying to spam Waypoint with multi posts but I was so frustrated trying to play matchmaking on H5 and this fixed it.
I bought a Series S last month to play Infinity. With the chip shortage and all I wanted to get a system early. I was fortunate to be selected for the most recent tech flights. WHAT A BLAST!!! Thank You :pray:. But now have to wait till December for that so I tried out H5 matchmaking for the first time yesterday. I have been off line since they came out with the Xbox one. My collection is an original Xbox, a 360, and now a Series S. I wasn’t gonna buy another console but Halo is just too much fun to stay away from.
So, played H5 Infection to get used to weapons and button layout for 2 hours yesterday. Didn’t want to totally suck before joining a team. I took a break to eat and then got the Server Error. I tried unplugging, checking my network, ya da ya da with no help. Like WTF :flushed:. Then found this and it worked the rest of the night. Even left matchmaking, to switch my HDMI Out cable to Living Room TV and it worked flawless.
I do love these wireless controllers. I play in my living room with console in the bedroom, so sweet to go from 32” to 46” screen.

I originally posted this in the Xbox X thread then found this one, sorry for multi posting.

“Raspyberry” posted almost a year ago to go into the forge first cuz it uses dedicated servers. Worked like a charm for my series s. I played 10 games strait after going to forge then backing out. Good luck Spartans :slight_smile:
Update: make that about 30 games I played for hours after using this fix
