Greetings fellow military clan personnel. I, Big Al 1300, prime minister of the Royal Reapers Legion (RRL), would like to invite you and your clan into a new alliance coalition. The terms of the alliance are very simple and beneficial to everyone involved. We are looking for clans, new or old, who would like to cross-train with each other, clans who would be willing to assist if a war is to arise, share intelligence, and become a power in the Halo community. While the RRL is a new clan, our leaders are seasoned veterans in the Halo community; each leader boasting a minimum of sixteen months of military clan experience. The full terms of the alliance are as follows:
- Your clan must be a UNSC based militarized clan (preferably on Halo: MCC or Halo 5: Guardians when it launches). No community clans or sangheli clans please. - We would like your clan to cross-train with fellow coalition clans once every one or two weeks. - Providing aid in war situations is strongly encouraged, however participation in coalition wars is to the full discretion of the leaders of coalition clans. - Poaching members from fellow coalition clans is unacceptable and will result in the termination of your membership within the coalition. - Sharing intelligence with coalition clans is encouraged, but not mandatory. - No aggressive action is to be taken upon coalition clans unless deemed necessary by the High Council (the High Council consists of all clan leaders within the coalition). - A general assembly of the High Council can only be organized by clan leaders within the coalition. - You are not required to break alliances with your current allied clans.
