Attention drivers

Ok, so we know the AA’s

We’ve seen the armor.

We know the movement speed and the jump height etc.

The one thing I haven’t heard anything definitive on is vehicle physics. So here goes my rant. In CE the warthog was indestructible. I can’t quite remember halo 2’s, halo 3 it was damn near perfect. And then we had reach, I hate the darn thing in reach, but I’m still a -Yoink!- professional driver.

I’m really wanting to hear everyone’s opinions. Which mixture would you like to see? Personally, I think a little more stable than reach, a lil less stable than 3 and with vehicle health totally separate from driver. But that’s just me.

I think we should at least get a vehicle health bar again. that was in CE’s campaign, but for some reason, not MP

Yeah I hated the warthog in Reach. The damn thing would flip over if you ran over a cat. And then the dmr took chunks out of every vehicle with each shot. I swear the vehicles in Reach were made of cardboard. Oh and if a vehicle touched you at it’s slowest speed you can still die. I’d like it if the warthog performed the way it did in Halo 3 but I also would like if vehicles still got wrecked by snipers. Honestly, I don’t think the vehicles can perform any worse than they did in Reach.

What I want to see in vehicles for halo 4:

  1. physics akin to halo 2 or 3.

  2. health system like halo reach(but much more health on each)

  3. more stable vehicles that flip less like halo 3.

  4. boost and turret overheat meters like in Reach.

  5. the damn spectre.

  6. transport falcon variant with side passenger seats being usable.

I love vehicles, and I’m the best warthog driver in my BTB group(s). I want to be able to control my warthog, get my passengers a clear shot, and bring the flag in home with barely a scratch nor a single flip along the way.
