Is it known whether we can play matchmaking at midnight tonight? Seeing as we have access before the US, I wasn’t sure as to whether we could connect to the servers before hand! TIA
Most likely we can. I’m from New Zealand so i can check when it launches here lol.
I’d assume that you can. Once the game is officially released in your local then you should be good to go.

Im in AEDST as well, so thats a good point. Hopefully its midnight for us
I also read somewhere that in WA they can start playing at 10pm compensating for the 2 hour timezone difference in AUS

New Zealand is 5 hours 30 mins, so add about 2 hours or more to that and that’s Australia.

Yep 7 hours and 30 minutes, the hype is real!
Reason being - AU and NZ us the same servers, so when they go live for NZ they open up for Aussies a bit early.

WOW, the info i got off the “manage game” option for Halo 5 was 00:01 AEST, so im now confused haha

I think the servers will be open at that time, but access to the game could be still barred for us until midnight…
