Attention, 343i - Listen

I understand that you’re currently being swamped with all sorts of comments. These comments ranging from gameplay problems to just plain hate.

While I do know that it must be a grueling task to sort through and help everyone, these people here are the priority. If people aren’t willing to come here, to the official website, then why should they be prioritized. You created these forums for fans and employees to discuss and solve problems, but in the end, I feel we here are being ignored. I understand you want to help out everyone in the community, but this is where you can and should find us. What would be the point in creating these forums if it weren’t?

Consider it. It makes sense. I’m sure plenty would agree.

While we, the community, have our difference in opinion on here and it can get rather out of hand, that doesn’t mean that we should be the bottom of the barrel.

Help us, help you.

I have yet to find a single forum where you have helped or talked with us. Trust me, that’s an important thing 343i.
People continuously say Bungie’s better because they would jump on the problem quick. I want to see you prove people and their assumptions wrong.

Just because they don’t post in the forums does not mean they do not pay attention.

Theres a link thats 2 days old. They are keeping tabs.

I know that they aren’t not paying attention. But if there was an actual interaction between the community and 343i employees, it would do a better service to their game.

Meh. Many games have the rare forum post by an actual dev. Its not their job. As long as they can keep us updated with what they are working on I am fine with how it goes.

343 are definitely paying attention. For example, in a comment on the Halo subreddit, Bravo said two days ago:

> You should rest assured that anything that makes the front page (or first few pages, really) is not only looked at and fully reviewed, but immediately discussed with game and services teams who are rotating on 24/7 shifts.

You’d have to assume the same holds true for the Halo Waypoint forums as well.
