This is mostly directed at the admins and monitors of this website, but I’ve been attempting to reach out to 343 in many ways for quite a few months now in order to pitch them a production that I’ve been working on for quite a few years now, only to be met by possibly the most air-tight communication loop I’ve ever seen. It’s actually quite impressive.
I’m only willing to divulge information about the production to said admins and monitors, so I unfortunately can’t share that information in this thread, but I would still like to know if there’s some possible way of getting this taken care of. I believe I have something special, and an opportunity to share it with the team, or even a quick Zoom call where I can propose the production, would be greatly appreciated.
To clarify; this has nothing to do with making a fan game, fan film, or the typical fan production. What I’ve worked on with my team is something new. yet familiar, that fits in very well with the current lore of Halo, carrying the same feeling of when you finally find the piece that fits into a hole you’ve been trying to fill on a puzzle. Once again, I appreciate any support in this regard. I look forward to potentially getting a chance to discuss what I’ve been working on with the crew.

As 343 are a subsidiary of Microsoft they operate under Microsoft’s terms - this includes the ‘Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy’, which means they wouldn’t be able to accept any fan proposals like what you are suggesting here. We can’t pass your details on to any employees as they wouldn’t be allowed to discuss them with you.
