Attempt #4 to get the bundle I paid for!!

I purchased the REQ Pack Bundle on launch night when I bought the game at GameStop. The bundle is installed on my Xbox One, but I have not gotten any Premium REQ Packs from it to date (11/30/15). The following is all that I have done to try to resolve this issue:

  • This is the 4th time I have posted a forum about this issue in the Halo 5: Guardians Support. Result: No Reply; No Change. - Have contacted both Xbox Support (3 times, with the result of them not being able to do anything, and that I have to get a hold of 343 on the forums) and Microsoft Support (Once, said they can’t do anything, referred me to Xbox Support) Result: No Change. - Xbox Support had me uninstall my profile from my Xbox One, do a hard power cycle, and re-install my profile. Result: No change. - Tried to e-mail 343 Industries. Result: Received an automated e-mail back referring me to the Halowaypoint.com forums.
    I should not have to put in this amount of work to receive something that I have already paid for! If you are going to tell everyone to refer people to your forums, and refuse to have any other possible customer support options, REPLY TO THE FORUMS!! As I have stated in a previous thread, at this point you have stolen my money. Please respond!

I also have this problem if it’s any reference. I also participated in the Halo 5 Community Poll Program and got no req packs for that. :frowning:

Same here! I want action taken!! They stole our money! Why is there no legal action yet??

I have had the EXACT same thing happen to me too! Even down to contacting Microsoft and being told to power cycle etc and I have made multiple posts on these forums with nothing being done.

i just want my req packs!

Well guys, you saw that 343 answered my forum post. ^^above^^ I will let you know if my issue gets resolved, or if that answer is the only thing I get…

and to make matters worse, I can’t even play halo 5 now.

i contacted Microsoft support again to see if I could get anything else out of them and they suggested I try “uninstalling the game and my profile from my Xbox, power cycling and then putting my account back on and re downloading halo 5”

i did did all of this, but now when I log in im
lvl 1 for about 5 minutes, then my actual rank shows up but if I try to play arena (or anything) it tries to connect for ages and then just says can’t connect OR it connects and let’s me into arena, but every single playlist has a triangle with ! In it, and it says “FIRETEAM not suitable for this playlist”

Im not even in a FIRETEAM!!

Hopefully you get a result because i am on day 4 and i still haven’t heard anything from them.

i also have he same problem when it was the live footage and codes keep popping up when i remmed one and i was the first one it won’t work 343 HELP ME!!! X3

Well 343, tomorrow marks a week since you posted that you will look into this issue for me. I haven’t gotten so much as an update on if anything is actually being done, much less gotten my REQ Packs. At the very least, send me a message and/or email so that I can actually have some valid response to whether or not the issue is actually being looked into. If not, I would like to get a refund for the REQ Pack Bundle. And not Microsoft Store credit, but the money I paid for the bundle to be money I can spend on something else. A response of some type would be nice. Thank you.

It’s a miracle they responded to you … I don’t think they dare show there faces in the support section, mostly because they never respond to anything.

Im sure their very busy, but this is appalling!

So, still haven’t gotten anything, and still haven’t gotten another response…

can you not click on the “restore all purchases” button? it works for nearly every other game that a paid for item is there, but you have “received” it yet.

This deserves to be bumped so we can get OP an answer.

I have been trying to get my 2 warzone req packs each week when I went to xbox support they couldn’t help me. I went to buy another warzone req bundle last week and I’m still waiting… I want someone to help me with this issue I’m getting really tired of waiting and have been faithfully logging into my H5 and still no warzone req. In other words S.O.S.

5 1/2 years later… I never got my REQ packs, refund, or response. Here’s to hoping Infinite is infinitely better!
