Every time I try to spawn at the base, I spawn at the garage. This is ridiculous because enemies instantly board my scorpion or destroy whatever vehicle I had.

Spawn at home base first, and then go to a REQ station and call in your vehicle.

That, or the temple.
If you call in a req at a base that doesn’t have a vehicle pad, you’ll automatically be teleported back to home base with your vehicle.
