Atriox. He destroyed red team with ease. Not only does he have brute strength but he also has strategy. Chief would lose.

Red team was also in cryo for over 20 years and were ambushed. They’re also in old mjolnir.

I don’t know about that. Red Team was also wearing vastly inferior Mark VI and have a miniscule amount of combat experience compared to Master Chief. Both Atriox and Master Chief have similar accolades of surviving impossible battles and leading their respective species to prosperity. Conversely, Arbiter is also similar. I think given Master Chief’s history and experience, and additionally his ownership of Gen 3 Mark VII; I think the legendary Master Chief could give Atriox a run for his money in a close quarters combat situation and would definitely beat him if he had a more open arena than Red Team did and his trusty AR.

I will say Master Chief will win. Because he is wearing a new MJOLNIR Armor in the upcoming Halo Infinite.
Atriox is unlikely to appear in Halo Infinite. Instead, his apprentices would be the ones fighting against Chief. Obviously, the apprentice is a Brute who either makes his first appearance in Halo Infinite or that he his from another story where the Banished appears in but didn’t appear in Halo Wars 2.
Hard to say. Obviously we’d want to root for our guy Big Boy Green, but at the same time, Atriox is not only a brilliant strategist, he’s also strong as Heeeeell. That’s a dangerous combo.
Probably Atriox, if we’re ignoring Chief’s innate luck. He’s not only a strong Brute, and armoured from neck to toe, but he’s also pretty intelligent. If Chief did win, it’d certainly be close.
I think Chief would fare better than Red Team though, purely on the basis of Gen III Mjolnir compared to Gen I Mjolnir. That’s not to mention his greater battle prowess and combat experience either.
