So f*cking stupid… I re-downloaded Halo Wars 2 for nothing. That’s the third middle finger from 343i
I would not be surprised at all if this thread is still alive and kicking at Halo Wars 3’s release date.

They couldve.handled it better like discounts for.ultimate purchasers the very least there is a user voice.vote if you guys check it for.refunds for.ultimate buyers I’m one of them more votes the more ms sees it
So I purchased Halo Wars 2 Definitive Edition for the $80 or so before release as a preorder and purchased that edition specifically for the fact I’d assumed all future DLC would come with it since it came with the Season Pass. Why the hell isn’t Awakening The Nightmare included with this especially since the cheaper edition Halo Wars 2 Complete Edition($60) comes included with this. I’m not spending another $20 on DLC that should have been included with my purchase to begin with, when other cheaper editions came with this. H5 had free DLC, and I only bought the edition with the Season Pass included because, like I said, i thought it would come with the complete Halo Wars 2 game instead of just most of it. What’s the point of a Season Pass if it doesn’t even last for one year of DLC. Fix please because Im not buying something that should have been included.(P.S. before I purchased the HW2:DE i already had HW1 on 360, but the disk was so scratched I couldn’t play it anymore, that was the only reason I wanted the updated Halo Wars 1.)
I posted this in my own thread moments ago and had it locked and was directed to this forum to “discuss” it further. THERE IS NOTHING TO DISCUSS!!! When I buy a Season Pass for a game I expect it to last the YEAR of purchase. The Complete Edition comes with this and costs $60. Like WTF??? IM LIVID! I understand you put money in to make this, but honestly microtransactions are something that pay for this LET ALONE MANY PEOPLE BOUGHT THE SEASON PASS TO MITIGATE THIS SITUATION AND I ASSUME EXPECTED AT LEAST A YEAR WORTH OF CONTENT NOT LACK OF EXTRA FIREFIGHT MAPS, LACK OF NEW MULTIPLAYER MAPS AND RERELEASED LEADERS(WITH LIKE A COUPLE OF NEWER ONES I WILL ADMIT, BUT THAT IS NOT ANYTHING WORTH THE DEFINITIVE EDITION THAT WE PURCHASED). Sorry 343i but Im really thinking of not buying H6 to protest this -Yoink- $20-more-to-get-the-DLC-I-already-paid-for.

I agree bud. Im a Halo story buff and the only multiplayer I play on HW2 is just friend vs AI multiplayer and with campaign expansion, THAT is what enticed me to buy the Definitive Edition with the Season Pass. Pretty ticked about how this turned out.

Then how do I get 343i’s attention. Im absolutely ticked. And I didn’t post the same thing multiple times in a row. I replied to some people after posting my own thing. Please stop nit-picking on a what I can tell is a practically dead forum and is basically a shouting chamber for those to vent because 343i doesn’t actually plan on addressing this. Do you personally plan on helping here, or do you just plan on acting like a babysitter to someone who has bought Halo games/books/products since Halo:CE? Absolutely digging how you treat people who actually care for your products.(P.S. “editing posts if I need to quote people” doesnt work from a smartphone. It’s easier to reply/quote per new reply instead of shoving it all into one post that wont be seen anyway except by a moderator who only cares about repetition and not a loyal customers upsettedness of being misled by an item they sold)

Not going to read them. Have you looked at how many times I post in this forum? Very rarely. The only reason Im here is because I want this fixed and you locking my post/nit-picking my posts is ridiculous. Im trying to grab 343i’s attention if I can. I don’t waste my time typing in forums for fun, Im doing this because I want this resolved and the best way to this is somehow post in their forums.(Which I highly doubt will work). P.S. it is nitpicking since you’ve been following my posts and having to reprimand/correct them as I have.
Honestly have better things to do with my time than follow people around the forums. I get notified about replies to numerous topics, this one included which you happened to respond to. If you had read the rules, which you’ve stated you don’t have any intention to, you would know that posting multiple times in a row is against those rules. I opted for an in-thread reminder as opposed to an actual warning.

You won’t get any resolution if you’re wanting ATN for free. ATN was never planned to be included in the season pass.

If it is not planned to be included in season pass, why they said in description that there would be dlc that expand the campaign? 2 missions without story don’t expand the campaign, two missions is a joke

If you don’t think Spearbreaker expanded the story than that’s your opinion, but still, the missions did expand the story. We got everything that was promised in the season pass.

58 pages… 58 pages guys I think it’s time to move on with you’re HW career from this disaster of a thread. If you are still unhappy watch a let’s play of the campaign look at reviews for Voridus and Pavium and watch gameplay for flood firefight or you could spend 20 and enjoy ATN for what it is.
I thought it would be obvious after 58 pages later nothing has changed. And if it still effects you’re life 4 months later well go outside and take a walk ok?

To be fair, it’s the principle of everything that they’re upset about. I don’t agree with them but I see where they’re coming from.
