I’m actually gob smacked at how poor your argument skills (and social skills) are. First you try to distract the argument away by trying to focus on MS and XBL. February to August is 7 months, which is more than six. Not saying that’s awesome but they did keep their word.

Additionally saying the DLC leaders didn’t expand your experience is subjective. They each added a lot to the game, expanding your experience

In my opinion, I think 343 delete ATN from season pass, why? nobody bought DLCs separately (too expensive) and people bought season pass because we think something like ATN could compensate that horrible season pass, but they want we pay more and more, and they delete the REAL expansion from season pass.

Each leader costs 5 dollars, so 5x7=35, add on the cost of Spearbreaker which costs about the same if not more (to get an exact number I’d need to look it up) and you’ve already got saved money. By purchasing the season pass you shave 10ish dollars that you would have spent on the DLC separately. One way or another the season pass is fairly priced.

This is false. 343 has shared that ATN was never intended to be part of the season pass, so they never removed it. Additionally, you calling it a “horrible” season pass is also subjective. To me and many others it has not been horrible.

Buuuut, the “mini-expansion” isn’t regarded as an expansion by i343 as the altered wording does not include “expansion”.
Not even they regard it as one in their season pass or the description for Spearbreaker, atleast not in the one I checked.

My definition of a game expansion does not cover Spearbreaker, seeing as i343 changed the description, it doesn’t cover their definition either. Or they do regard it as an expansion but were afraid of backlash due to how expansions generally are defined, and how miniscule Speatbreaker is.

I don’t recall if I found out about the change before or after AtN was announced. However, had I definately heard of AtN before the description change, one of my first thoughts would be “season pass”, as it had the word “expansion” in it at the time of purchase. It was also the first time i343 actually talked about an Expansion for HW2, apart from the desription in the Season Pass.

Spearbreaker is an expansion, but has nowhere near the content expansions usually have.

Fair assumption, but I find it hard to believe.
If I’d be refering to two different expansions to a game, I’d talk about the Expansion’s name. Infact, I’ve rarely adressed an expansion by anything else than it’s name.

Thing is, anything can be regarded as an expansion by the literal meaning.
However game expansions hold a slightly different meaning. Which is why we do not call leaders Expansions, or Spearbreaker for that matter. But add-ons, which is usually defined as a smaller addition.

You are wrong, each ULC (not DLC) cost 6 dollars, and in Europe, 7 euros. And Spearbreaker, yes, it is a DLC, but not is an Expansion, only 2 missions nobody consider a expansion.

My opinion isn’t false, it is only an opinion, 343 can tell they want, but 343 haven’t the absolute thruth, they can tell that to justify it aren’t in Season Pass, and they KNOW that expansion exist, because it was developed for months, and they didn’t say that season pass don’t include new content after August, they said it have content for MORE THAN SIX MONTHS, and they was lyeing, they could say includes content UNTIL AUGUST, but not, they prefer to fool us…

Jan 19th, they knew that it exist, not multiplayer maps, not 2 new leaders, not new mode, ok I will pay for that, but you promise me new missions that expand the campaing, 2 missions is a joke to expand it, Banished Campaing would be in Season Pass.

Nothing in that article suggests that ATN was intended to be in the season pass, just that it was planned as DKC

Kind of interesting then that they went from “Expansion” to “Addition” as a clarification of what it is.
It’s not called Story expansion, it’s not called mini-expansion, it’s called “Addition”.

Why not then call it “Expansion”, for what it supposidely is by the literal definition?
