Bungie isn’t the parent company of 343i though? Bungie used to make Halo games, but they split away from Microsoft after Reach to make Destiny. 343i is a subsidiary of Microsoft and not Bungie.
They’re two unrelated companies aside from the fact that at some point they made Halo games.
